1. The members reserving a room through the website of hotel elan may gain points from the hotel; Those members who register or present member's number at checking out can't obtain the mark.

2. The member can enjoy the preferential prices of the guest room and accumulate the total mark through the rent, the more the total mark is, the more generous the prize is. According to the amount of money ofconsumption of room, calculate one RMB represent one point. The other consumption ( such as meal charge, telephone rate etc ) are not added up to the total mark.

3. The mark can be transferred to the next year. But the accumulated scores shall be invalid if there is no mark accumulated over one year since the last one.

4. If the member can't checking in, and has not notified hotel elan before the latest arrival time, after three times, the hotel will deduct the equal of the mark based on the current booking rate, except that this total mark ordered can't be obtained. The total mark is deducted and to nil at most.

6. Hotel elan have right of final interpretation to these rule. Hotel has the right to amend the member terms and conditions.

1. If the members need to exchange prizes with the total mark, you may apply for exchange on the website three days in advance. After hotel's confirmation, the members can hold the effective certificate to the hotel front desk to go through the exchanging formalities. The required score for exchanging will deduct from your total mark accumulation.

2. The required mark for prize exchange shall be according to the accumulated score on hotel's website or authorized by the hotel.

3. Use the mark to exchange room, the breakfast isn't excluded. Room rent must be all deducted with total mark, it can't be used both with cash. ( Special notes: The rooms exchanged won't take any more scores and exchange activity is not available at the time during Trade Fair and Beauty Fair in Guangzhou )

4. If the confirmed items need to be cancelled, one day notice to hotel is required. Cancelling or drawing takes place overdue, the prize shall not reserved any longer, the same with the score deducted. Exceptions shall be according to the instructions upon the reservation.

5. No invoice for the exchanged prizes.
